We’re seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee production, drive efficiency, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. '

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily manufacturing operations across all shifts

Lead, train, and develop production teams

Drive process improvements and optimize performance

Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence

Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in manufacturing; 5+ years in leadership

Strong knowledge of production, safety, and quality systems

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

Flexible schedule (including occasional Saturdays and multi-shift support)

Additional Skills

Qualifications & Skills:
10+ years of manufacturing experience, including5+ years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of production operations, quality standards, and workplace safety

Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and solve operational challenges

Results-driven with excellent communication and decision-making skills

Flexible to support multiple shifts and occasional Saturday operations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
