Our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician clinic is looking for a clerical representative in our Los Angeles, Melrose location. This treatment aims to help patients with any mental disorders. The successful candidate will provide daily notes, assess client needs, and collaborate with other technicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday; 10am - 6pm
• Weekends when needed

Salary

$20 - 23; Based on Experience

Clerical Representative Responsibilities:

• Scheduling treatment appointments and verifying medical insurance authorizations
• Input daily notes into EHR system
• Help with maintenance and disinfecting after every client
• Clarify TMS procedures and possible effects on patients, as well as answering questions
• Creating a supportive treatment environment and demonstrating compassion
• Answer phone calls
• Assisting patients by performing psychiatric rating scales after sessions

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience working in mental health and/or SUD preferred
• At least one year of clerical work experience
• Willing to complete TMS Certification
• Willingness to learn how to administer TMS treatments and assume high-level responsibility
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and compassionate with patients
• Great communication skills and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
