Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Shift: 1st and 2nd

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Inventory Clerk manages, counts, and tracks snack product inventory, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records. They are responsible for receiving shipments, performing quality checks, organizing warehouse stock, conducting cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records using software, ensuring high-level accuracy for month-end reporting.

● Physical Management: Perform daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts and physical inventory checks in warehouse or production areas. ● Receiving & Shipping: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and finished snack products, noting any damage or irregularities.

● Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report discrepancies between physical counts and system data to management.

● Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in the company's inventory management system.

Requirements & Skills

● Experience: Previous experience in warehouse inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain management.

● Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency with computer systems (e.g., SAP, ERP systems), and experience with RF scanners.

● Physical Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often involving lifting, standing, and moving inventory.

● Communication: Ability to collaborate with production teams and purchasing to maintain proper stock levels.

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed.

● Comfortable working in various warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures.
