Job Summary:

At Huisong, we are looking for a responsible, skilled, and experienced accountant to join our global team! As an accountant, your main responsibility will be supporting our financial/accounting and general coordination activities.

Job Description:

• Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify that transactions are across day book, supplier ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
• Maintain accurate records and bring books to the trial balance stage.
• Perform checks to ensure accuracy of postings and financial data.
• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
• Prepare and complete relevant tax forms and filings.
• Maintain financial records and generate reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on financial matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and AP/AR processes.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage and reconcile financial records effectively.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

This role is based onsite in our Santa Ana office, and we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
