Position: Accounts Payable Clerk Shift: Monday-Friday 8 a.m - 5 p.m.

Location: Santa Maria, CA Hourly Wage: $23.00 – $25.00 Depending on experience

Role Overview

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, the primarily function is to assist in the coordinating and reporting of financial data from PrimusLabs' international locations as well as assist in the efficient management of accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Assist the accounting team in the management of accounting policies and procedures

Preparation of accounting documentation and analytical reviews

Perform all other tasks as assigned by management

Education: Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or 4+ relevant work experience

Qualifications:

Experience in Accounts Payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Accurate data entry using 10-key and keyboard

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts

Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing demands

Must be a self-starter, have an impeccable work ethic and be able to work independently

Strong computer skills with financial software (Sage100) and Microsoft Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to create channels of communication with domestic and foreign locations to resolve inter-company accounting issues
