Customer Care Representative
About the Role
TPT Globaltech is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. This remote, part-time position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional support to our customers while working flexibly from home.
Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $25 to $30.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the tech industry.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
