LIHTC Property Manager
LIHTC Community Manager – $26/hr (Contract/Temp Role)
Los Angeles, CA | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm

Job Description
You’ll oversee essential community operations including rent collection, work‑order intake, and supporting recertification files—all while helping maintain compliance for an affordable housing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate ledgers
- Receive, log, and track work order requests
- Assist with LIHTC recertification files under guidance
- Submit required weekly reports
- Support resident communication and general office tasks
Required Skills
- Affordable housing experience (LIHTC / TCAC required)
- Understanding of income verification & compliance documentation
- Ability to review files for accuracy and completeness
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Experience using property management software
- Excellent communication and resident‑service skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience at a LIHTC or mixed‑income community
- Familiarity with audit preparation and compliance reporting
