This position has pay of $25 per hour at 12 hours per week, based on experience and work quality. We also offer a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer match. (similar to a 401K). Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as cleaning restrooms, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, mopping floors, dusting, etc...
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
