You Are:

You are an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in digital design, passionate about developing high-performance RISC-V and DSP CPUs. You excel at mentoring teams, driving project execution, and collaborating across functions. Your technical expertise and project management skills enable you to deliver complex IP solutions efficiently and with impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of design engineers.
• Develop engineering best practices and optimize workflows.
• Estimate resources and ensure timely delivery of CPU designs.
• Collaborate across architecture, verification, and physical design teams.
• Own critical modules from specification to implementation and debugging.
• Engage with global teams and customers to ensure project success.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in EE or CS.
• 15+ years in digital design, 8+ in engineering leadership roles.
• Expertise in RISC-V/DSP CPU IP, processor architecture, and low-power design.
• Project management and resource planning skills.
• Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog, verification, and simulation tools.
