Security Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage guard staff, and ensure site safety and compliance.

Starting pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 4pm to 12am

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule security personnel.
• Handle incident reports and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Train and evaluate guards.
• Coordinate with management and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of security experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Valid guard card/ and CA driver's license (California, BSIS).
• Must provide clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Compensation:

• $22.00 per hour.
• Bi-weekly Schedule Pay.
