Superintendent – OSHPD 1 Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Estimator to develop work plans and CPM schedules.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely, accurate communication with the project team.
- Lead site logistics planning and execution in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Supervise and mentor field teams to drive high performance and quality results.
- Maintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineers on project status and progress.
- Ensure all required permits and inspections are secured and completed.
- Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders, including the public.
- Conduct weekly “toolbox talk” safety meetings and ensure site-wide compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial construction supervision experience.
- Experience with OSHPD-1 projects preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $160,000 – $250,000/year (commensurate with experience)
