Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Estimator to develop work plans and CPM schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project documentation and ensure timely, accurate communication with the project team.
• Lead site logistics planning and execution in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Supervise and mentor field teams to drive high performance and quality results.
• Maintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineers on project status and progress.
• Ensure all required permits and inspections are secured and completed.
• Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders, including the public.
• Conduct weekly “toolbox talk” safety meetings and ensure site-wide compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial construction supervision experience.
• Experience with OSHPD-1 projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $250,000/year (commensurate with experience)
