AI Deployment Strategist


Work directly with customers, helping them deploy, integrate, and optimize solutions to drive business value. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving, customer engagement, and product customization to ensure the customer's seamless adoption, success, and expansion over time. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI automation platform and our customers' needs.

What You'll Do
Deploy, configure, and integrate automation technology with customer environments, including CRMs, EHRs and loan origination systems.
Act as the technical liaison between customers and our product and engineering teams, capturing feedback and driving improvements.Build custom workflow configurations via AI prompting and internal tools to extend Client's capabilities for specific customer use cases.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
Build relationships with customers to understand their workflow challenges and design tailored AI-powered automation solutions using our platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments, integrations, and performance optimization.
Be a vocal member, helping the engineering team build internal tools and documentation to streamline future customer implementations.
Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our platform, upselling additional solutions and driving account growth.



Who You Are
A top PM who can wrangle something fuzzy into a project plan and you'll do whatever is needed to make it happen
Deep AI prompting proficiency
3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, QA engineering, or similar technical background
Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required for setup and implementation.
A self-starter with a strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Familiarity with business process automation, workflow optimization, or AI-driven solutions is a plus
Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRMs, EHRs, financial platforms, or loan origination systems
Ability to manage multiple projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts in a clear and structured manner.
