What You'll Do:

Handle sophisticated litigation work in class actions, commercial disputes, and maritime law. You'll work on a diverse range of challenging cases.
Work on interesting cases related to supply chain, technology, and efficient cargo transportation. These cases often involve cutting-edge legal issues.
Contribute to our transactional practice, including our role as outside general counsel for some clients. You'll gain experience in a variety of legal areas.
Provide legal advice to clients and conduct in-depth legal research. You'll play a vital role in advising our clients on complex legal matters.
Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. You'll develop your negotiation skills and advocate for the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally. You'll hone your communication skills and become a more effective advocate.

What You'll Bring:

Membership in the California State Bar.
