Part Time Bookkeeper
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process payroll and maintain related records
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Run monthly and ad-hoc financial reports in QuickBooks
- Maintain books on a cash basis
- Track expenses, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support leadership with budgeting, basic forecasting, and financial visibility
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met (payroll, payables, reporting, etc.)
- Improve and document accounting processes as the firm grows
