Senior Project Manager â Healthcare Construction

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects from planning through closeout. What You'll Do
Lead healthcare construction, renovation, and capital projects from concept through completion
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Develop project execution plans, RFPs, RFQs, contracts, and change orders
Track project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions before they impact delivery
Lead project meetings, communicate progress to executive leadership, and maintain accurate project documentation
Mentor and support project managers while promoting best practices across the project team
Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and applicable building codes
What We're Looking For
5-7+ years of experience managing large healthcare construction or capital projects
Proven success delivering projects from planning through occupancy
Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations, procurement, and change management
Knowledge of California healthcare construction requirements, including OSHPD/HCAI, JCAHO, ADA, and applicable state and local regulations
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred
