We Are Hiring for Behavior Specialist II!
($7,145 - $9,342 Monthly)The Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga is now accepting applications for a Permanent Full-Time Behavior Specialist II positions. As a member of the Mall Services Team, the incumbent may act as a lead person over a small group of lower-level positions, and performs the more difficult and complex duties, assists in conducting behavioral assessments (functional analyses) and participates in designing behavior programs; analyzes, summarizes, and display data; trains staff in behavioral principles and techniques; and provides ongoing monitoring of program implementation.

Working Conditions
The employee is required to work any shift and schedule in a variety of settings throughout the hospital and may be required to work overtime and float to other work locations as determined by the operational needs of the hospital. All employees are required to have an annual health review and TB test or whenever necessary to ascertain that they are free from symptoms indicating the presence of infection and are able to safely perform their essential job functions.

- The position(s) require(s) a Drug Screening be passed prior to being hired.
- The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
