Enablement Programs Team • Reports to: Director, Enablement Programs
Job Summary
Designs, builds, launches, and measures end-to-end enablement programs that build organizational capability, drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies, and improve revenue outcomes and field performance. Operating across the full scope of the Enablement Programs team, this role takes on programs spanning operational excellence and transformation initiatives, high-priority sales plays, and proficiency development for key CRO roles and partners. It partners with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global GTM priorities.
This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and reports to the Director of Enablement Programs. It operates across the full program lifecycle—from discovery through launch, adoption, and sustainment—collaborating with Enablement Business Partners for intake and prioritization and with Enablement Services for production, delivery, logistics, and vendor management. Rather than owning a single fixed program domain, this role flexes across the team’s portfolio, taking on whichever programs best match business priorities and team capacity.
Success in this role requires strong ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to drive execution independently while validating assumptions, asking thoughtful questions, and proactively resolving ambiguity.
