North Orange County, CA: Commercial Construction company is looking to add to their team due to their growth projection. Although this position is listed as a temporary position until end of Feb 2026 they are in growth mode so a very good possibility it could turn into a permanent position. Job Description Core Duties
• Distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate training sessions for technicians
• Manage uniform inventory, distribution, and replacements
• Reconcile Home Depot purchases and maintain accurate records
• Process and track employee expense reimbursements
• Oversee water treatment responsibilities
• Maintain and update Report Card Data, including:
o2-Minute Minder
oTools
oConsumables
oDriver safety
oWeekly tailgate
oTraining tracker
• Track AQMD compliance and refrigerant usage

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of service process
• Good organizational skills and attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills and ability to resolve issues
• COINS ERP system is HIGHLY desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office
