**Urgently hiring a Shipping and Warehouse Specialist in Milpitas, paying up to $25/hr.**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Warehouse Specialist with extensive experience in warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment, and distribution. This role requires a strong working knowledge of domestic and international shipping software, as well as proficiency in office tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize domestic/international shipping software such as FedEx, UPS, and Zenkraft.
+ Pick, pull, and pack items weighing up to 40lbs repetitively from orders and bills of lading.
+ Maintain inventory of products and packaging supplies.
+ Operate forklift and pallet jack efficiently.
+ Ideally, drive a 14ft box truck and deliver goods to designated routes.
+ Ensure clean DMV record and pass a background check.

**Work Environment**
Work in a warehouse setting with a small team of 6-8 people. Engage in repetitive tasks such as opening boxes and building new orders. Operate forklifts and work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
