Job Summary
Under the Campus Director's direction and supervision, the Administrative and Admissions Assistant will support the Admissions Counselor in recruiting qualified applicants. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating New Student Orientation, and performing clerical tasks like greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing correspondence. Maintaining a professional appearance and assisting with other duties as assigned are also key aspects of the role.
Job Duties as Admissions Assistant
- Delivers program information via telephone and written materials, communicating school policies, processes, and procedures throughout the student life cycle.
- Coordinates and assists with campus events and tours prospective students as needed.
- Works with the Admissions Counselor to ensure all documents have been filed in the student's profile.
- Works with the Admissions Counselor to develop social media marketing campaigns that effectively deliver the value of current educational programs to prospective students.
- Administrative duties are assigned as needed.
Job Duties Administrative Assistant
- Answer phones and take messages
- Respond to emails
- Manage mail correspondence
- Greet prospective students and visitors
- Help maintain office calendar
- Assist with invoicing and other accounting tasks
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of related experience

This is a part-time position initially, with a weekly commitment of 20-25 hours for the first three months. There is potential for the role to transition into a full-time position. The current schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, but it may be subject to change depending on business needs.
