• Training Schedule:Â Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
• Shifts Days: Tuesday -Â Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday.
• Shifts: 10:00am-7:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, or 11:00pm - 8:00am

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
• Work with the firm’s intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
• Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Strong communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
• Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
• Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.

• $25.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus incentives
