Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pizza Cook (Pizzaiolo) to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. You will work with fresh ingredients, follow established recipes, and ensure every pizza meets our standards for taste and presentation.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and oven operation
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (certification is a plus)
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
Capable of lifting up to 40–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
