You will own the frontend for a sophisticated workspace tool, shipping polished, real-time interfaces that feel instant and intuitive. As a core engineer, you will make critical design and product decisions, prototyping rapidly to bridge the gap between complex backend logic and seamless user experience.

What you will do:

• Architect and build complex, performant frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Implement real-time collaborative features and rich text editing tools to support seamless user workflows.

• Partner with the founding team to make rapid design decisions and maintain a high bar for visual polish.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 4+ years of professional frontend experience with a portfolio of complex, high-quality production applications.

• Possesses a strong eye for design and product intuition, capable of making UX decisions without pixel-perfect specs.

• Is an expert in TypeScript and the modern React ecosystem with an obsession for performance and craft.
