Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer under our Chief Technology Officer, you play a crucial role in building the CRM communication (SMS-Text, Email, Phone Call) & analytics suite used by our Patient Care Navigators in some of the largest healthcare groups.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- You will work with our CTO to develop features and general updates to our technology suite, consisting of a no-code pathway builder, communication management CRM, and interoperability layer to ingest various data feeds.
- You will work on the ground with Patient Care Navigators to ideate and develop workflow / efficiency improvements.
- Work on live partner implementations of digital workflows, requiring collaboration with customers in framing problems and designing solutions.

- In-depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (design, development and deployment)

- Salary range between $120,000-$200,000
- Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with full-stack development
- Working experience with [ReactJS (Typescript), NodeJS, AWS, Terraform]
- Working experience with building user-facing UIs
- Knowledge about general application-level security.
- Ability to work with healthcare data and RESTful APIs from varying partners
- Familiar with relational and/or NoSQL database platforms (such as MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Elasticache, etc.)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fostering teams in a matrix environment (i.e. no direct reports)
- Experience working in a high growth startup environment
- Experience working in healthcare a plus
