Job Description and Duties

We are hiring an Executive Secretary I to work in the Division of Multibenefit Initiatives.

Under direction of the Division Manager, C.E.A., in the Division of Multibenefit Initiatives (DMI), the Executive Secretary I performs difficult, responsible, and direct secretarial support to the Division and Branch Managers. Serves as lead person over the DMI office support team. Review, monitor, and coordinate work to ensure quality and consistency of work product.
