Product Manager (RF/Microwave Signal Generators)

This role plays a key part in advancing Keysight’s signal generation solutions, enabling innovation, supporting customers worldwide, and driving successful product execution across a dynamic portfolio.
Responsibilities- Own the product lifecycle for a portfolio of signal generator products, from strategy and roadmap definition through launch, sustainment, and transition to next‑generation platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to deliver successful product launches and ongoing portfolio growth.
- Drive execution of multiple new product introductions, ensuring alignment to customer needs, market requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Support business integration activities and ensure continuity of product execution during organizational or portfolio transitions.
- Act as a product expert and key interface for customer engagement, field enablement, and pre‑sales support, helping teams position and differentiate solutions effectively.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and regional requirements where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
- Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related technical leadership role within technology, test & measurement, RF, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of complex technical products and the ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience supporting product launches and managing products through different stages of the lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills.
California pay range: MIN $149,850 - MAX $274,750
