Agency Account Director - Remote

The Opportunity As an Agency Account Director, your primary mission will be to exceed sales goals within a portfolio of strategic B2B media agencies, with a particular focus on the technology industry. You'll adopt a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, craft tailored solutions, and build lasting partnerships. We'll set you up for success with a dedicated support team, a robust sales enablement platform, an SDR team, and a suite of tools to help you achieve your goals. What You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic account plan targeting B2B media agencies in the technology industry.
Actively seek new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and social media.
Lead key sales and business development initiatives to grow the sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify client needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Build strong relationships with prospects, communicate value propositions, and present tailored proposals.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to drive innovation.
Manage contract negotiations and confidently close high-value deals.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings. Who You Are Deep understanding of the B2B media agency landscape, particularly in North America's technology sector.
Proven success in selling demand generation, digital media, display advertising, and content syndication ($2-5M annually).
Skilled at managing and closing high-value, complex deals.
Exceptional relationship-builder with strategic stakeholders.
Agile and adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Your final total compensation will reflect your skills, experience, and regional cost of labor. Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD (base salary is 50-60% of total OTE).
