Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Building And Grounds Worker:

• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize restrooms, offices, and public areas
• Perform minor repairs to buildings
• Replace light bulbs, repair broken locks, and patch walls
• Sweep, mop, wax, vacuum, and shampoo floors
• Maintain, clean, and secure facilities
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Inspect building systems and grounds for needed repairs
• Set up and take down equipment for events
• Load and unload materials

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more, stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold
• Tools: Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers), and, for some, basic plumbing
• Understanding of OSHA regulations, hazardous material handling (MSDS), and safety equipment
• Background check and drug screening required
