HVAC Project Manager job in San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or multiple medium and large mechanical construction projects
• Meet with General Contractor, other sub-contractors, and building owners regularly
• Complete project safely, on-time, and under budget
• Submit RFI’s and change-orders
• Talk with Vendors and other sub-contractors including controls, insulation, among others

Requirements:

• 4+ years of HVAC project management experience on medium to large commercial building TI and new construction projects
• Stable work-history working for a commercial mechanical contractor
• Comfortable working with Excel, MS Project, and BlueBeam
