Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are currently seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales teams. Proven sales experience, initiative, motivation and professionalism are key attributes of the successful candidates. Ability to learn and gain a strong understanding of VoIP, IPTV and Wireless technology is a must have for success in that position. Previous telecom experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Identify and evaluate new accounts and develop new sales
• Follow-up consistently to warm leads and qualified prospects
• Prospect cold leads over the phone
• Deliver effective sales presentation and quotations
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Maintain records of activities and contacts in sales database
• Close sales in assertive and professional manner
• Follow-up with customers through sales and installation cycle
• Close first deal within 60 days
• Achieve monthly quota consistently

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in B2B environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, able to work in a high-energy sales team environment
• Ability to close deals
• Strong phone prospecting skills
• Strong aptitude for learning VoIP, IPTV and Wireless technology
• College degree in computers, communications or other relevant field
• Proven ability to work independently as well as lead team effort
