Temporary General Manager – HOA Community
?? In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? $28–$30/hr DOE
?? Temporary with Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

A large-scale HOA community is seeking an experienced and highly organized General Manager to provide immediate operational support and leadership during a transitional period. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HOA or community management experience who can step in quickly and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a large HOA community
Conduct regular property inspections, including walking common areas and balconies
Coordinate with vendors, residents, and board members
Ensure community standards and compliance are maintained
Support administrative operations and community communications
Assist with resolving resident concerns and operational issues efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous HOA administrative and/or management experience required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to walk the property and conduct physical inspections
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and provide immediate operational stability
Preferred Experience:
Strong HOA/community management background
Experience stepping into fast-paced or transitional environments
Ability to adapt quickly and lead with confidence
