As "AI business process surgeons," we deliver precise, surgical interventions—rather than wholesale overhauls—using our proprietary SCALE methodology (Scan, Create, Activate, Launch, Expand) to achieve rapid ROI, often within 90 days.

We are seeking versatile AI consultants with expertise spanning automation workflows, data engineering/infrastructure, and technical AI architecture/implementation.

This client-facing role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution, helping clients identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deploy production-grade AI systems that drive quantifiable efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth.

You'll work remotely, collaborating on multiple engagements across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, distribution, and more.

What You'll Do

Strategic Consulting & Assessment

• Conduct process audits, AI readiness assessments, and technical discovery to identify inefficiencies and high-ROI automation/AI opportunities
• Develop AI integration strategies, roadmaps, and business cases with quantified ROI projections aligned to client goals and KPIs
• Advise on optimal AI models, tools, frameworks, data governance, ethical practices, and compliance
• Lead workshops, present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders, and guide change management/adoption
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical audiences

Technical Implementation & Execution

• Design and build automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or equivalents; integrate LLMs (like GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc) via APIs
• Architect and implement data pipelines, vector databases, and RAG systems
• Build intelligent agents, multi-agent architectures, chatbots, RPA solutions, and agentic workflows with decision logic, memory, and context routing
• Develop production AI/ML solutions, including pipelines, model deployment, fine-tuning, and monitoring
• Integrate with systems (like SAP, Workday, etc.; CRMs like HubSpot/Salesforce/Go High Level, Google Workspace), APIs, webhooks, databases, and cloud platforms
• Handle data cleaning, structuring, real-time/batch processing, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and GenAI applications
• Prototype Proof of Concept rapidly , troubleshoot, optimize for performance/scalability, and document workflows/technical specs
• Support deployment across cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks) with infrastructure-as-code where needed

Requirements

Technical Foundation

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI-driven automation, data pipelines, or ML solutions in production
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools (like n8n, Make.com, Zapier), API’s like LLM APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON/data formats
• Strong programming skills in Python/SQL; experience with data/ML libraries such as (like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain), frameworks (like Spark, Airflow, dbt), and cloud services (like S3, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Expertise in AI architectures (RAG, agents, GenAI), integrations with different solutions systems and MLOps practices
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (like GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI

Business & Consulting Skills

• 2+ years client-facing experience advising on AI/automation strategy, process optimization, or technical solutions
• Ability to audit processes, quantify ROI, manage multiple projects independently, and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
• Execution-focused mindset: Deliver practical, measurable results in tight timelines (e.g., 90-day cycles) with minimal supervision

Preferred Background

• Experience with marketing/creative agencies, consulting firms, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, process mining, or RPA
• Cloud certifications, enterprise system expertise (like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc), or rapid prototyping in 90-day cycles
• Background in industries like manufacturing, distribution, chemicals, or finance

Work Style & Approach

• Independent operator with strong problem-solving, documentation, and optimization skills
• Strategic yet hands-on: Balance long-term roadmaps with immediate value delivery
• Flexible, remote-first collaborator comfortable with weekly team meetings and varying client time zones
