We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Advisor to join our team and drive our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, relationship building, and strategic hiring to attract top-tier candidates and support our organizational growth.

Role: Talent Advisor

Pay Scale: $75,379$94,236 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do:

• Full cycle recruiting for individual contributor and management roles across various departments including R&D, Technical Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals to understand organizational requirements and align them with the qualifications of prospective candidates.
• Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
• Manage multiple job openings, providing positive candidate experiences and meeting client expectations.
• Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills for candidate and client management.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or IT industries.
• 1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience.
• Demonstrated skill in prioritizing workload across a variety of demands; interview scheduling, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office365, MS Outlook, and MS Office Suite, particularly calendaring and spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer service orientation in all dealings.
