Manager of IT Infrastructure POST NUMBER: 442561
Experience and Education:
5 years of IT infrastructure experience (preferably in biotech or regulated industries)
Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a bonus
Technical Expertise:
Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), servers, enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, firewalls, cloud networking, etc.), hardware, and software support
Strong knowledge of IT Security Operations (MDR, EDR, SIEM) is preferred
Proficiency in managing on-prem infrastructure, IAAS, SAAS, networking, storage, and servers
Experience supporting lab informatics or regulated environments is a plus

Strong communication skills that build trust with colleagues and partners
A proactive, hands-on approach to managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment
