Your New Role

• Serve residential customers throughout Woodland, California, and surrounding communities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations safely and efficiently

• Inspect plumbing systems and troubleshoot issues accurately

• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every service call

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle

• Follow company safety policies and plumbing industry best practices

• Travel to customer locations within the local service area

• 1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of residential plumbing repair, maintenance, installation, and replacement

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience presenting repair and replacement solutions to homeowners preferred

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends or emergency service calls based on business needs

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary
