Senior Accountant/Cost-Inventory Accountant
Onsite $95,000 - $115,000 Salary Manufacturing Industry
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong full-cycle accounting experience to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close activities, cost accounting functions, financial reporting support, and partnering with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage full-cycle accounting processes
✅ Prepare and support month-end and year-end close
✅ Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
✅ Analyze and maintain product cost and inventory records
✅ Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
✅ Review inventory transactions and cost allocations
✅ Support audits and compliance requirements
✅ Partner closely with the Controller on accounting operations
✅ Improve accounting processes and system efficiencies
What We're Looking For
✔ 5+ years of accounting experience
✔ Full-cycle accounting expertise
✔ Cost accounting and/or inventory accounting experience
✔ Strong ERP and systems skills; highly system savvy
✔ Manufacturing environment experience preferred
✔ Food & Beverage Manufacturing experience highly preferred
✔ Experience with Sage X3 is a plus, but not required
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Experience working with inventory-intensive environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits
$95,000 - $115,000 annually
