Overview: 

We are seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer who brings creative energy, strong visual judgment, and dynamic storytelling skills to support brand, marketing, and digital creative initiatives. This role will produce and animate high-quality visual content — from motion graphics and video to multimedia design — ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across digital platforms.

You will work collaboratively with marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams to elevate visual output and bring ideas to life with movement and impact.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Take the lead and manage video projects from concept to completion. 

• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animations to communicate design concepts effectively. 

• Shoot and capture high-quality images and videos / footages. 

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, brand videos, websites and branding initiatives. 

• Maintain consistency of visual brand tone across digital customer touch points. 

• Have a high bar for creative excellence and ability to push new ideas forward. 

• Organize project files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference. 

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. 

• Stay up-to-date on motion design trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate TP-Link creative output. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• 6+ years in post-production environment 

• Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work 

• Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills required 

• Proficiency in modern motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Figma, etc) 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

• Experience with pre-production & production skills are highly preferred 

• Experience with 3D (Cinema4D & Blender) is plus

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
