In this role, you'll be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy—building brand awareness, driving demand, and optimizing digital campaigns to fuel our growth. What You'll Do

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies (email, digital, paid media, webinars, events, etc.) to engage key buyers and influencers.
Manage and optimize database marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, nurturing, and growth initiatives.
Lead the strategy for paid campaigns, leveraging social media, industry channels, and display ads to maximize reach and impact.
Use data-driven insights to measure, test, and optimize campaign performance, delivering reports that guide future marketing investments.
Support the development of field marketing plans to drive awareness and demand across key industry segments.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with target markets and personas.
Enhance account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to accelerate sales opportunities within high-value client segments.
Own and manage marketing tools and platforms like HubSpot, ABM tools, Salesforce, and external vendors to drive demand generation.
Bring fresh thinking and new ideas to optimize processes and improve results.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Skills:

7+ years of experience in B2B software demand generation (cybersecurity experience is a plus).
Strong track record of collaboration across teams and departments to drive results.
Experience with SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and generate high-quality leads.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, Rollworks, LinkedIn) and Salesforce.
Ability to identify new opportunities and implement strategies to enhance demand generation, pipeline contribution, and sales acceleration.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in corporate or agency marketing.

Familiarity with long sales cycles and B2B buyer personas.
