Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Elementary Principal position, located in Madera, CA. The Elementary Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment for both students and staff. Responsibilities include providing educational leadership, developing and implementing curriculum plans, fostering professional development, overseeing staff evaluations, maintaining clear communication with parents and the school community, and upholding district policies and values. The Principal will lead by example, maintaining high standards and promoting student success through rigorous academic and behavioral expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Educational Administration and Education, including experience managing school operations and ensuring compliance with district policies.
- Proven skills in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership to create and execute effective curriculum plans and maintain high academic standards.
- Experience in Staff Development, with the ability to mentor and support staff through training, evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with students, staff, parents, and the broader community.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with a valid California Administrative Credential or equivalent qualification.
- Commitment to fostering a safe, equitable, and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively and maintain a high-performing school environment.
