About the Role:

Do you have a talent for connecting with customers, a passion for sales, and a drive to exceed expectations? We’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates (both part-time and full-time) to join our energetic teams in Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville. In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect products while earning competitive pay plus commission—all in a fun, engaging retail environment!

What You'll Do:

🛍 Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Engage with customers, provide expert recommendations, and help them find the best sewing machines and vacuums to suit their needs. Your goal? Deliver exceptional service and boost sales success —all while making shopping an enjoyable experience!

💡 Become a Product Expert – While sewing knowledge is a plus, we provide training to help you master our products and confidently showcase them to customers.

💳 Process Transactions with Ease – Handle purchases, returns, and online orders with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining organized records.

🎨 Create Eye-Catching Displays – Help merchandise the store , keeping displays fresh, inspiring, and engaging.

🔹 Ensure a Safe & Welcoming Space – Foster a warm, inclusive environment where customers and team members feel valued and comfortable .

What We’re Looking For:

✅ High School Diploma or equivalent
✅ 2+ years of sales experience preferred (retail or customer-facing preferred)
✅ Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
✅ A passion for outstanding customer service
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
✅ Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays may be required)
✅ Comfort lifting up to 35 lbs. when needed
