HVAC Project Manager
HVAC Project Manager job in San Francisco Bay Area
This is a permanent, full time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package as well as a clearly defined career-path.
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or multiple medium and large mechanical construction projects
- Meet with General Contractor, other sub-contractors, and building owners regularly
- Complete project safely, on-time, and under budget
- Submit RFI’s and change-orders
- Talk with Vendors and other sub-contractors including controls, insulation, among others
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HVAC project management experience on medium to large commercial building TI and new construction projects
- Stable work-history working for a commercial mechanical contractor
- Comfortable working with Excel, MS Project, and BlueBeam
