Apparel Pre-Production/Sample Coordinator Intern
- Fabric Management: Organizing fabric libraries and swatches, ensuring samples are properly labeled, prepped, and stored; Standing, walking, and moving samples throughout the day.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter purchase orders into spreadsheets while ensuring accuracy for production use; Actively monitor the purchase order progress, following up on all production processing and overseeing production timelines.
- Admin Support: Support general administrative tasks as needed by the design or production team such as preparing packages for shipment and assisting with general office organization. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for fashion!
Job Type: Part-Time Internship
Pay: $19 per hour
