The Wholesale Account Assistant team member is responsible for the quality control and item count verification of all received products. The person occupying this position is expected to QC to the set standards, count and verify received shipments, and pack orders thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely fashion. They will be expected to identify garment quality, fit issues, defective garments, sewing issues, and vendor discrepancies. As a result of this person's efforts, Lulus will be able to provide our wholesale customers with high-quality merchandise, and accurate orders.

What You'll Do

QC, Counting, Packing:

• Quality check, count verification

• Packing orders precisely in a timely fashion with no errors

• Pallet wrapping and pallet jack use

• Familiar with Excel, Word, and Google Docs.

• Coordinatization and clarity with the rest of the team

Vendor Compliance:

• Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract, Nordstrom Vendor Contract, and others as they are added

• Measure and quality check new and updated products following the Lulus Vendor Contract guidelines, Nordstrom Vendor Contract guidelines, and others as they are added

• Assist in coordinating and preparing vendor returns

• Work cross-functionally with most Lulus teams; LA, Vendor Compliance, Outlet Operations, Returns, Facilities, Etc.

Additional Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs other assignments from time to time as requested by the Wholesale Supervisor to achieve department and company business goals

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Prior warehouse experience and an understanding of Lulus warehouse procedures are required

• Knowledge of Lulus clothing and products is required

• Able to lift and organize 50lb cases

• Excellent communication; written, oral, and group facilitation

• Excellent knowledge of punctuation, grammar, and spelling.

• Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers always

• Work well under pressure. Meet multiple, and sometimes, competing deadlines

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally

• Intermediate knowledge of Admin, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive

• Ability to apply logical thinking and sound judgment to a wide range of practical problems

• Ability to work independently and take initiative where needed

Work Environment

• Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 95% of the time is spent in varying work areas where standing and walking are required. 5% of time spent in an office environment

• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and subordinates

• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination

• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs by hand

• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed
