Accounts Payable Administrator (Temp)
Assignment timeframe: Approx. Two weeks (Tuesday to Thursday for approximately 8 hours or less.)
Pay rate = $18 to $20 per hour.
Position: Office Clerk for the Accounting department.
Duties:
- Prepares, files, and maintains physical or electronic records and documents in required formats.
- Compiles and verifies information – either with documentation or looking information in ERP
- Inputs data into a tracking database or system.
- Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from accounting department.
- May assist with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and filing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of AP experience preferred
- SAGE experience or other ERPs
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
