Quality Control Inspector
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducts product inspections, analyzes results, and determines final disposition.
- Performs visual inspections according to inspection procedures.
- Adheres to quality guidelines and complies with regulations and standards.
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Uses standard measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, etc.
- Demonstrates understanding of calibrated equipment and follows maintenance and repair procedures.
Experience Required
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience preferred.
- Experience interpreting drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Skills & Certifications
- Product inspection experience
- Ability to perform visual inspections.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using standard measuring equipment.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma desirable but not required.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to use standard measuring equipment.
- Previous participation in continuous improvement activities is a plus
