Accounts Payable/Receiveable Reception Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Admin with Receptionist Responsibilities. This hybrid role combines essential accounting support with front-desk responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an introductory understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process, verify, and code invoices for payment.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate and distribute customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and accurately process payments.

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent is a requirement.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable/receivable and office administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
