Sales Development Representative
Our client, an enterprise AI startup focused on the insurance industry, is seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)to join its rapidly growing sales team.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hungry, competitive, and resilient seller who wants to help build an outbound engine from the ground up while selling a high-value product ($500K+ ACV) into a massive, untapped market.
What you'll do:
- Drive pipeline for large, AI-enabled enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV)
- Own outbound efforts across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
- Build and expand target account lists aligned with the ICP
- Run initial discovery calls and qualify opportunities for senior sellers
- Help develop playbooks, test channels, and scale outbound strategy
What they're looking for:
- 1–2+ years of experience in enterprise sales (SDR or AE) within a structured environment
- Proven success generating outbound pipeline in B2B settings
- Experience selling into complex or legacy industries (e.g., insurance, legal, finance)
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by uncapped commission
