Role Overview

As a Director or  Senior Account Manager , you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients. You will oversee day-to-day account operations, lead cross-functional project execution, and ensure that campaigns deliver both creative excellence and measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, media, data, and web teams to bring marketing programs to life while cultivating strong client relationships that drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable strategies across creative, media, and website initiatives.
  • Lead the development, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns from kickoff through post-analysis.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, data, web, media) to ensure alignment, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance data, provide insights, and proactively recommend optimizations.
  • Manage account budgets, timelines, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-service expansion.
  • Mentor junior account team members, supporting their professional development.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of account management experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Proven track record leading omni-channel campaigns (creative, digital, web, and/or media).
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Experience managing budgets and project timelines.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and helping clients scale.
