Are you an experienced California Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster ready to take on complex cases with confidence? Join EMPLOYERS , a leading provider of workers compensation insurance, and make an impact in a fully remote role.
What Youll Do:
- Manage California work comp claims from start to finish, including medical and indemnity benefits.
- Handle moderate to high exposure cases , litigation, and settlement strategies.
- Collaborate with legal teams and internal partners to drive claims to resolution.
- Mentor peers and serve as a Subject Matter Expert .
What Were Looking For:
- 7+ years of workers comp claims experience, including complex cases.
- California jurisdiction expertise is a must.
- Ability to work West Coast hours (MF, 8am5pm PST).
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
