What You'll Do

Manage Product Lifecycle - Oversee products from inception to retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Develop & Maintain Roadmaps - Own and update the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and alignment with strategic priorities.
Prioritize Backlogs - Maintain a well-structured backlog with actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
Craft PRDs - Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to enable engineering and design teams to execute effectively.
Track & Report Performance - Measure product success using key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Ensure Compliance - Make sure all products meet industry regulations like PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Stay Ahead of Trends - Monitor the payments industry to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Drive Product Innovation - Conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into innovative product strategies.
Work with UX/UI Teams - Ensure product interfaces are intuitive, seamless, and user-friendly.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required; a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is a plus.
7+ years in Product Management, with experience as a Product Owner writing PRDs, user stories, and managing backlogs.
Deep understanding of API technologies and SaaS frameworks.
Hands-on experience launching developer portals and API products.
Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, JSON, SOAP, and related technologies.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams to shape technical solutions.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in system architecture and evaluating technical trade-offs.
Background in the payments industry is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with compliance standards like PCI, CCPA, or HIPAA is beneficial.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $180,000/year (varies based on location, experience, and qualifications).
Comprehensive Benefits: 100% covered health, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
401k with 6% match to help you plan for the future.
Flexible Work Environment: Choose between remote, hybrid, or in-office work.
